Who you are:

  • An immediate joiner
  • 1.5 to 3 years of experience in HR roles.
  • Proficient with HRIS and HR software such as Zoho, Slack, and G Suite.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Passionate about people and committed to delivering results.
  • Capable of shaping HR strategies and aligning them with business goals.
  • Skilled in active listening, negotiation, and delivering impactful presentations.
  • Adept at building and nurturing relationships across various levels of the organization.

 

What you'll do:

  • Recruitment: Sourcing diverse talent, screening resumes, and assisting with interviews. Think of yourself as a talent detective! 🕵️
  • Onboarding: Welcoming new team members like a rockstar, ensuring they have everything they need to hit the ground running (figuratively, of course, we're remote!).
  • Employee Relations: Supporting the HR associate with day-to-day enquiries and issues, keeping our crew happy and productive.
  • Admin Magic: From maintaining employee records to processing paperwork (digitally), you'll be the wizard behind the scenes. 🧙
  • Learning & Development: Dive into training initiatives, workshops, and even help create awesome employee engagement programs.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial and final candidate screenings.
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Support the recruitment process and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience.
  • HR Operations: Oversee attendance tracking and HRIS management.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute virtual engagement activities.
